The mental game's Mission
Whether you are looking to overcome mental barriers to performance, regulate emotional responses in games, enhance resilience, or work towards psychological recovery from injury, Rachel wants to help. The Mental Game within sport and performance is too often overlooked and undervalued, but has the ability to take you to the next level.
My mission is to help you recognize and unlock the potential that is your MENTAL GAME when performing/competing, and teach you how to use that potential to gain a competitive edge.
